SLTN - Scotland's leading group of publications and events for the drinks industry, licensed trade, leisure, catering and hospitality industries - is looking for a journalist to join its team.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, confident self starter who writes well, has good research skills and gets on well with people.
Experience of on-screen newspaper or magazine design and layout would also be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be involved in: researching and writing feature material on different drinks market sectors and services; profiling publicans, hoteliers and others in the licensed trade and hospitality industry; sourcing pictures; producing pages in Scottish Licensed Trade News and its supplements; and work related to exhibitions, awards schemes and web sites connected to SLTN. The job may also include some UK and overseas travel.
