Rule 6
Provident Fund and Members in Need Fund

(a) There shall be a fund, known as the Provident Fund, which shall be conducted in accordance with such regulations as the fund’s management committee shall decide.

(b) There shall be a fund, known as the NUJ Members in Need Fund, which shall be conducted in accordance with such regulations as the fund’s management committee shall decide.

(c) Three per cent of the union’s subscription income shall be shared among the Provident Fund, the NUJ Members in Need Fund and the George Viner Memorial Fund.
